“Everyday language is a phrase book designed for people who want to learn the basics of Polish. It includes questions, answers, words and phrases facilitating communication in typical situations connected with a trip or stay abroad. It can be helpful when learning the basics of the language or can be used in certain, specific situations.
This phrase book is principally designed for people who do not know Polish. But people who have had previous contact with Polish can also use it. The lexical material is based on elementary vocabulary, divided into eighteen thematic groups, under which the most essential vocabulary and most frequently used grammatical structures are presented. They enable users to communicate in specific situations. We hope that you will find our mini-course useful and it will encourage you to engage in systematic language learning. Please, listen and repeat the recorded words and phrases very carefully. The CD contains recorded words and phrases along with a translation”.
